Policy effective as of 07/04/2011. Orders delivered before 07/04/2011 please refer to our previous return policy.
Briefly:
You may return all unused items purchased at Verdugo Gift Company within 30 days of the original delivery date for a full refund minus shipping and handling charges. You may exchange all unused items purchased at Verdugo Gift Company within 60 days of the original delivery date. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, if the return is not the result of our error you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If your order qualified for free shipping the original shipping and handling charges may be deducted from your refund. If you are exchanging an item that is defective Verdugo Gift Company will pay the return shipping cost if the product is an unwanted non-defective item you will be responsible for the shipping cost. Verdugo Gift Company does not charge a restocking fee for orders under $1000.00, orders over $1000.00 are subject to an 8% restocking fee. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7-10 days of receiving the returned item.

You must have a RA number in order for our fulfillment centers to accept your return, you may obtain one by calling 1-888-992-6736 or by emailing us at returns@verdugogifts.com. Orders without a RA number will be returned to the sender by our fulfillment centers, if your return is accepted it may take up to two weeks to process your return.

Detailed Information Follows:
Verdugo Gift Company offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact Verdugo Gift Company within 30 days from the delivery of your item for a refund, 60 days for an exchange.
Damaged Products:
Verdugo Gift Company takes every precaution to insure your items arrive to you safely. Even with all our precautions, however, occasionally damage does occur in shipping. If you receive an item that appears damaged from shipping (ex: box is dented), notify Verdugo Gift Company of the damage and we will promptly ship replacement merchandise.
Missing Items:
Check the items received against those on the packing slip, but remember that small items can get "lost" in the foam peanuts. Sometimes small items are taped to larger items, or placed in a bag for protection. If your order was shipped in more than one box, the box will be numbered on the label, for example, as "1 of 2" and "2 of 2." Allow an extra business day for multiple box shipments to arrive. If you have thoroughly checked the packaging of the box and cannot find the item listed on the packing slip please contact Verdugo Gift Company and the item will be shipped immediately.
Defective Items:
Defective merchandise without a warranty will be exchanged if returned within 60 days from the date of delivery. For defective merchandise under warranty, contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
Refund/Exchange Processing:
We will do our best to process your return or exchange quickly. For returns, please allow 7-10 days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement or to receive a check. For exchanges, items originating from and shipping to US addresses are usually delivered within two weeks form the time you ship the exchange.
Refunding Methods:
Refunds are made in the same form as the original payment for the purchase in question. If this means posting a credit to your credit card account, Verdugo Gift Company can only credit the same credit card account that was used for the original purchase.
Gift Returns:
Verdugo Gift Company will accept items without a receipt. You can exchange the item or receive credit for a future Verdugo Gift Company purchase.
Shipping Cost:
Shipping costs will be refunded on returns that are a result of our error if returned within 30 days from the original date of delivery. Shipping cost will be refunded on all exchanges made within 60 days from the original delivery date for defective items or if the exchange is a result of our error. Verdugo Gift Company will not pay the return shipping cost if you are returning/exchanging an unwanted non-defective item. If your order qualified for free shipping the original shipping and handling charges may be deducted from your refund.
