Does what its supposed to but....Nov 22, 2009

I guess this item does what it is supposed to which is provide a place to put 4 controllers and gives you 4 rechargeable batteries. But,as others have mentioned it is tied to the Wii unit so it has to sit by it. The lights on it are REAL bright providing a distraction all the time. My main gripe is if you power down the Wii you also power down the recharger so you pretty much need to leave your Wii on all the time if you want charged controllers. I wouldn't buy it again and wouldn't recommend it, but I ain't going through the hassle of sending it back.

Not what I expectedNov 20, 2009
By Samuel Freeman First of all, if you use the silicone cover on your Wii controllers you have to take it off to charge it. I was very aggravated by this. Second the thing is powered via USB port which means you have to hook it up to a computer or the Wii system itself. I bought this product thinking I could plug it into the wall and keep it next to my sofa but no, I have to keep it by the computer instead. Finally to top it off one of the ports does not work very well. I had to jiggle the controller around in it to get it to charge and it frequently would loose connection. After a couple of days with this product the faulty port stopped working entirely leaving me with three charge ports and four controllers so I gave up and returned it.

Very nice, but seems to have loose connection.Sep 18, 2009

So far it works great, except that you often have to move/jiggle the cable to get it to make contact for all of the charging bays. You have to remove the gel sleeves and the motion-plus attachment, but not the wrist strap. We've found that if you just pull the wrist strap up tightly and place the wii-mote in the charging bays the contact is almost always good to go.

Wii Remote Quad Charge StationDec 28, 2009

Awesome addition to our Wii set up. Great for 4 person use.
Cons: USB designed to connect to back of Wii for charging...but only charges remote when Wii is ON. I bought a wall plug adapter at Radio Shack with 4 USB connectors ($19.95) to accomodate this issue. Maybe a "wall plug to USB" adapter should be included in this kit.

Get what you payFeb 25, 2010
By Cesar Aguilar Don't waste your Money. It's far better to buy rechargeable batteries (2100mAh +) and a battery charger instead of this charge station. Here is why:
1. Who wants to stop using the Wiimote while the batteries are recharging? The charge station requires that you let the control into the station while the batteries are recharging so you can't use another couple of extra batteries.
2. Each battery comes in their own mold so you can't use the original Wiimote battery cover which is made of superior quality. And no to mention that if you have a black Wiimote the whole aspect of the control will be ruined by the white mold.
3. The station comes with no AC adapter. You have to plug it to a USB and the lights of the station are annoying. Also forget about buy a "Mini USB charger" because the plug in the station is not "Mini USB".
4. You have to force the batteries mold into the Wiimote and despite of this, the batteries lose constantly contact with the control. I had to use foil paper in the Wiimote battery contacts to "solve" this problem.
5. The batteries lose their charge pretty quick. I think that 1800mAh means 900mAh x 2 batteries.
