I was looking forward to my new ornaments. The product arrived in a timely manner, which is rather nice considering a free shipping. The box is large, sturdy and good-looking. Sadly, that's where the positives stop.
Once i opened the box, i was shocked at how cheap the ornaments looked, even given their low price. Each one is fully covered in tiny polyfoam bead (they look like rounded sugar grains) , which promptly start falling off all over the place once you take the ornament out. I made a mistake of opening the box on my kitchen counter, and was stuck with cleaning up those beads . I couldn't believe how much of it fell off just a single ornament, or how much of a paint it was to clean.
On top of that, the ornaments are just unsightly. Because of the polyfoam bead coverage you can hardly see the illustrations, so ornaments appear dull and lifeless. I guess the outer polyfoam layer is supposed to create a "frost" effect, but it just looks like a mess. Not to mention the tone of that cover clashes with the "warm" tone of the paper underneath.
I'm going to throw away the ornaments and keep the box (if i can clean it out from those nasty little balls of poly). I really was there was clearer description or a bigger picture for this item. Definitely do not recommend.

I wasn't sure when I ordered these ornaments what they would look like, but the picture doesn't do them justice. They are precious and I will be proud to give these as gifts to my friends. I could not have been more pleased with them. Also, the seller is amazing, and I would not hesitate ordering ANY item from this particular seller.

In the picture, the ornaments have a cream colored ribbon that attach them to the tree. When I received the item, there was no ribbon but a gold string that attaches them to the tree. I contacted the seller and they were very prompt and friendly. They said that they are shipped to them sealed and they have no way on knowing whether or not they have the ribbon or string. The seller went above and beyond to correct this for me at no charge to me. I really appreciate sellers who have wonderful customer service like that and I would be more than happy to buy from them again. Even with the string they are quite pretty little ornaments. A nice cream color that matched my victorian and crystal decorated tree perfectly.

I bought these as a part of a set of gifts to give to some of the staff at my work- they are cheerful and not religious. The box is great and I will reuse it for years to come. DC Shopper's assessment is right on. The ornaments are so cheap looking. I was too embarassed to actually give them as a part of my holiday gifts. The beads were everywhere in the box when you open it and you can see the images on the ornaments better in the picture on amazon than the ornaments in person. Really really disappointed.
