Glass cracked and broke after a couple of uses - I think it got too hot. Those first few times using it were nice though and it looked nice.

This simple little oil warmer works well and is attractive. I put some water in it, then the oil on top. Works like a charm!

Very nice looking. Two problems though.
Number one be prepared for the oil to dry up quickly and leave a brown residue that is almost impossible to clean off the glass. Unfortunately I think the glass is a little too close to the flame from the tea candles. Causes it to get too hot. Oil disappears quickly and burns onto the glass.
Number two. Glass cracked after first week. I think this problem is related to problem number one. Glass too close to flame. Gets too hot. Cracks.
Too bad. Looks very nice. Probably work well if I only used tea candles that were already half burnt down and the flame was lower.

I like the idea of this warmer but the glass literally shattered on the fourth use. Always keep in mind that you get what you pay for! Cheap glass will have flaws and when glass is heated and cooled, those flaws will eventually rear their ugly faces. I didn't enjoy having to clean up water and oil from the carpet amidst the shards of broken glass.
