Cool toy horrible directions!!!Apr 18, 2012

My daughter got this for her birthday. I thought it was a really cool thing for us to do while her baby brother was napping...... I think I was wrong. The directions absolutely suck. Luckily I am crafty and made it work. There is WAY to much filler and upset my daughter when she couldn't use all she wanted to. Also with glue drying time it takes a while before it can be decorated so takes some patience. But once done if glued well it's lots of fun!! If the directions were better it would have gotten 5 stars!

"Always on the hunt for something different"
My 4 1/2 year old son received this as a Christmas gift. The directions are not incredibly detailed and include tube "colors" however, our tubes were all brown (unlike the picture) so this was confusing. The cardboard is thicker than a papertowel roll but not super thick. I imagine if you weren't quite careful, this would bend/snap easily. Also, the kit comes with LOTS of things to put inside (what child wouldn't LOVE this) BUT when you use not even half of these items, it's too dark to see any changes. I just expected more from this product.
