After installing the fountain it started to leak from the bottom. I contacted the seller. The told me to try and seal the bottom of the water tank. I tried this and it still leaked. The seller is sending me a prepaid shipping label to return the item for a full refund.

"This item was delivered quickly and in good condition. This water fountain is a very nice piece and is also heavy. However I personally recommend use for outdoors as even on the lowest setting water will spit out forward and behind leaving a mess in front and water stain on the wall you attach to."

This fountain is very pretty and makes a wonderful sound - when it isn't leaking. For the first few days it worked well. Then we noticed that it needed filling every day. Then twice a day. Now it empties within a few hours. We're going to try to seal it using waterproof silicone sealant, but don't feel that we should have to do that. I'd buy a more expensive fountain next time.
