I am not impressed at all with this lantern and stand! As soon as it was put together one of the legs for the stand came off completely. It was not on properly to begin with and is not repairable. the stand was not able to hold the weight of the lantern! I tried to call the company back during their hours of operation and I was not able to reach the company, or their customer service line.
I would strongly advise against the purchase of this product.

The lantern itself is great, it works wonderfully, the stand on the other hand, I can't get it to hold the lantern upright and so the lantern leans on the stand.
For the price I can't complain, if another doesn't lean like this, it would be great and I'd buy more. The metal is thick enough, it just comes in two parts and screws in and I can't get it to screw in another way. I think if it had 4 legs it would be more stable.

Excellent product, it is exactly as it's described and shown in the pictures. Certainly worth the money. The only downside was shipping was exceptionally slow in my case. Great buy!

I received these (2) as birthday gifts, and they were precisely what I expected. the stands screw together with a little effort, just be sure to start them off correctly so you dont strip the threading, and they're great. the weight of the included lanterns seems to be a tiny bit much for the delicate stand, so there is a little lean, but hardly noticeable and definitely not worrisome. just make sure the lantern hangs between two of the feet and its as sturdy as any other stand of this type would be. when i put (three) tealights in the lantern, the light cast all around was stunning, the cutwork of the metal is nice and lacy, and they add a really nice element to my backyard! I expected there to be glass in the lanterns, even clear would be good, because the breeze tends to snuff out the candles, but its just the open metal cutwork. Overall a great size and awesome overall effect!

I am more than satisfied with both the stand and lantern and the great price was a bonus. I had a little trouble screwing in the upper section of the stand to the lower section so I used a little "WD-40" and it went right in. It is very attractive and quite a showpiece. I would order another if a different colored lantern were offered.
