Good for youngstersNov 11, 2011
By J. Iyer This is our second magnatab writing toy. The numbers one is smaller than the letters ones. I can't complain about that though because this is a great size to take on the airplane. Our 2.5 year old loves to play with it. He doesn't always draw the numbers, sometimes he just plays with the magnets, but on the whole it has helped him with his writing.
Fun Toy to Introduce NumbersMay 09, 2012

I bought this for my son to go with the ABC's tablet that he already had from this company. He's two and a half and in playing with it, I can tell that he feels a sense of accomplishment when he gets all the little balls to come up, so it seems like a good tool for building his confidence. If you're looking for a device that will teach children to write numbers properly, I don't think this is it. While it does have some educational value, they don't have to drag the stylus in the proper direction to get results. It is a fun and creative means for getting them more excited about numbers though. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that a couple of the magnetic balls don't come up on it. Also, I wish that they offered replacement styluses because it's very difficult to keep track of them!

Kids really like itFeb 24, 2012

All of my kids like this toy. I only wish the magnetic 'pen' came aattached somehow. With 5 kids, it tends to get lost quickly. Other than that, it's great for car trips and when the kids want to play 'school'. Exactly what I wanted it for.
Awesome way to learn to write numbersAug 26, 2011
By Nonfiction Makes a fun clicking sound and kids learn both as they trace each number with the magnetic pencil and as they push the beads back down. We love this "toy".
