I have only had this hair dryer for two weeks and am loving it. The very first time I used it, it did not get very hot at all, but every time since has been perfectly fine. I purchased this item because it matches my titanium curling iron from hot tools that I also love. The colors are very appealing and the brand name is reliable. I really love that this hair dryer is smaller and not as heavy as some. It is also the quietest hair dryer I have owned. 5 stars!!

This hair dryer was perfect for my thick, curly hair. It was a good investment without breaking the bank. I absolutely love that it's in my favorite color. I like the number of settings, but I especially like that it came with a diffuser. That was really important when I was looking for a hair dryer. I also love that it's lightweight. My hair is thick, and it takes a long time to dry it, but my arms never hurt from holding it for fifteen minutes to half an hour. This is the first hair dryer I've ever used, and I would definitely recommend it to others.
The only drawback is the cool shot button. After my hair is mostly dry, I use the cool air to enhance curls and eliminate frizz, but I have to push it for so long that it makes my thumb sore. And I don't mean just for a few hours, the next day my thumb actually has a tender spot on it, and everything I grab using my thumb makes it hurt. I wish it had a function to make doing this easier, or maybe a bigger button.
It would be nice if it had a retractable cord, too. It's a long cord, which is really nice, but makes storage a little tricky. This doesn't bother me too much, but it might others.
If you don't really use the cool shot function at all or mind a long, non-retractable cord, I'd say this hair dryer is a winner! It's perfect for thick hair. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I was using a 1850 wattage blow dryer because it was hard to find a good 1600 watt hair dryer in the local stores. I am very happy with the Hot Tools Pinktitanium Salon 1600 watt titanium ionic hair dryer. Thank you Amazon.

It's cute! It does what it say it will do. It works. As for my hair, its definitely less frizzy than a regular hair dryer. I'm also more willing to dry my hair more often now because of it. I still recommend using some spray for heat protection for your hair.
It's not super light weight, it doesn't give my hand a run for its money while I'm blow drying my hair, but I guess that makes it seem more durable?! So I think it's a perfect weight and its average size, not too bulky but not too small where I think it would be flimsy. It's a bit sturdier than the hair dryers you would find in hotels.
I wish there were more settings but you get what you paid for; it's just high and low.

Looooove this hair dryer! It makes my hair so smooth and shiny. It dries my hair in 5 minutes flat. I have very fine hair, but a lot of it, and I get lazy when it comes to spending too much time on my hair, but this makes the process so much faster.
