Thought this item was very cute when shopping for a present for my sons teachers. They were packaged very well, although the way UPS handles items, sometimes it's no doubt the item can come broken. Ordered 6 of these items. 2 came broken. Company excellent about shipping out 2 new ones. They also came in time before school ended. Teachers loved the gnomes and so did everybody else who saw them. They are a nice size and they look perfect in any yard. I also bought one for myself.

This was a gift for my Sister in-law and she loved it! It was packed securely and exactly as pictured. It is really cute and I'm thinking I might need a Gnome in my yard.

I am into gnomes presently, and this one is my sixth gnomie. Adorable and not too small. Alas, at first, poor thing arrived with one leg missing. I emailed amazon with an attached photo showing said missing limb, they connected me with Tom & Co, and must admit, they were polite and helpful. They told me I need not to return the broken one, but that they will send me a replacement ASAP. And yes, they did. Am in the process of ordering another item from them. So yes am a satisfied customer. Recommended!
