Okay, you get what you pay for here. So that's why only four stars.
The frames do look as advertised so I am happy about that. Upon closer inspection you can tell that it is made out of very cheap plastic. The backs of the frames snap together (plastic) and it has a stand to allow hanging or sitting positions
Two out of ten of the frames that I ordered were broken. One glass was broken and part of the frame on another.
Overall I am happy with them, just a little disappointed with the quality. But heck, you can't beat the price.

This was a very nice picture frame. It arrived broken and they will not send me one in return. I can not get my project done on time now, this is just lovely! I will have to reorder it and when I do they will have raised the price, I have been through this all before. I find it ridiculous that I paid for an item and when it arrives damaged they will not send you a replacement even after you have returned the damaged item! Makes no sense! I will also have to wait to get my money back so I can not even get a new frame in the mean time so I am doubly screwed by this company... REALLY NICE way to treat your customers!!

looks great for the picture i put in - came in a timely manner, which saved me the hassle of running around, and stands nicely on my dresser ..... thank you
