I bought two of these for decoration and of course storage of my girlfriend's DVDs in her apartment. Hold's 22 single DVD cases. Not for a huge collection, but does a great job of decorating a room and hiding a DVD collection. Also, the color isn't totally black, has some light wood coloring around it... like the seller says..."distressed black". Overall a good choice if you don't have alot of DVDs.

Not fine furniture. That said, this small pedestal is a great place to tuck away NetFlix movies and all the DVDs that always seem to accumulate around the television. It looks great with a plant on top and would also be a good place to set a drink if it were next to a chair. The best thing about it though, is that it came completely assembled.

Although I like the style of the cabinet and it goes wonderfully with my other furniture, it's just too small to hold the amount of CD's I have. Knowing the true dimensions and how many CD's this cabinet holds would have been helpful in making my purchase decision. All was not lost, I gave it to my daughter to furnish her apartment.

Yes it fits 20+ DVDs but when you put the DVDs on the 2 shelves inside there is so much wasted space above the DVDs, at least 4 inches. You are able to shove 2 more DVDs above each stack of DVDs but it looks bad. I wouldn't buy this again.

I got this for my PC games. Truthfully, you can't fit much in it. Not even all of my games fit, so I may buy another. It came fully put together, which is nice. It's a bit light weight and flimsy, but it's good for what it's intended.
