Unfortunately, when I first received my order, one of the ceramic pieces broke during shipping. But NO worries at all, the company quickly (a day later) sent me a replacement and all the pieces are in working order. I absolutely love this simple set, it fits in the nook of my small bathroom sink top perfectly. Although the soap pump is not stainless steel, but plastic it does its job and dispenses soap just fine. If you are planning on ordering this, be very careful transporting the box and hold it upright, indicated on the box as it is fragile.
It's bamboo, very cute and modern looking in a small one-bedroom apartment bathroom. I love it! Thanks Furniture Creations!! :)

It was kind of cheap for the bamboo, and it was no review, but i decided to order this set anyway. Wasn't dissapointed at all! the quality is pretty dissent for the price, looks great! just didn't like that the stainless steel part of a soap dispenser is made of a plastic. Over all is a great deal!

I ordered this product along with some other bamboo products on amazon. I am happy to say the color and quality of product is excellent. The price is great and perfect for the counter. It's nice that all four accessories are combined into one. It arrived right as scheduled, unfortunately the cup arrive broke due to poor packaging; which is a small setback. However calling the seller(who pleasantly listed their contact and address on the box)who promptly and courteously found my order in their system and will be shipping it asap. Hoping to recieve the replacement before Christmas.
