Wrong Product, Bad ServiceFeb 22, 2011

I received the completely incorrect product from this company. I was not able to return it within their 30 day policy because it was a gift and we didn't know it was the absolute wrong product until they opened it. I received rude service when I e-mailed about this. I think if you send me the wrong product, it doesn't matter how many days it takes me to write you, you should send me the correct one. I will never use this vendor again.
