The picture just does not do JUSTICE to the DETAIL in workmanship of this Fairy. I was marveled at the detail sculpturing and painting must have been done by a master!! I plan to by more or these pieces!

I ordered the mentioned product when it arrived I opened the package to find the item was damaged. I placed a call to the number provided on invoice and was instructed to send a notice to their e-mail address. The department handling complaints responded the same day they received my complaint about broken item and assured me they will send a replacement right away. They also instructed me not to bother returning the broken item. Within one week I received the replacement product intact and am pleased with the whole experience. I appreciate a company who provides good products and even better customer service. Ann
