 DOES NOT DIFFUSE BARELY LUKE WARMFeb 20, 2010

THIS BURNER IS A DISAPPOINTMENT! I am a therapist who needs a diffuser for aromatherapy home or work, this thing is a Two piece - Bottom and top(bowl), the bottom portion is electric and it barely gets warm so when you put the actual bowl with oil it doesn't get warm enough to diffuse anything, by the way Don't even think about adding water, this will never work, might work with oil only but it never ever gets hot. Maybe this product is best for a very small room with a stand right next to your nose. Oh and FYI I have a very sensitive sniffer :) so this is only good for something to look at, pretty but that's it. I had high hopes for this item. Sorry guys.

I contacted the seller to get a tracking number and I did not get any response.Needed to contact Amazon.com to contact seller.I did get tracking number after I called Amazon.com. I also needed to contact seller from actual website about the tracking number. Customer service could have been better.But the oil warmer is great.Excellent oil warmer for the price,shipping price was not expensive at all.Does not weight alot.

At last somebody came up with a safe oil warmer! The Southwest Electric Oil Warmer is as exactly as described. It warms the oil gently without using potentially dangerous candles. No more worrying about the house burning down! I can walk away and leave it plugged in. One of the best items I've ever ordered!
