It's really a stand-out in the garden. I just wish it was a little sturdier - had to glue the top in place the first day.

I purchased this for a mother's day gift. I was very pleased when I saw it. Much more detailed than shows in the photo. For the price, this is very, very nice. Only negative - I wish the stand was taller. It is much shorter than I thought.

this item is cute and easy to put together, all you need to do is screw the top (house) into the pole/base.
Problem is the base is only about 3" wide, much smaller than the actual house topper - Makes it very unstable. I'd suggest using it indoors for display or (as i'm going to attempt to do ) is buy a piece of round wood and glue it to the base or even use a plastic plate and paint it to match.
it's very small too - keep in mind the measurements. If you intend to use it outside, it's so small and so short you can't really see it out among the landscaping.

Birdhouse was recieved in excellent condition and within 4-5 days of the purchase. I have ordered these in the past and have always had superb service and the price could not be beat....These were used for centerpieces decorated with fresh flowers. Everyone wanted one.
