received item today and it seemed securely wrapped in foam and packaged. Upon removal of the foam protectors, it was discovered that the two glass parts had become separated. The glue used was not adequate to hold the two ends together.

I bought this for my wife to present valentine day gift. within a day this flower fall down and felt bad about that. It could have been sticked well with good adhesive. I sticked it but this could have not been happend if they manufactured well.

I ordered this a little bit too soon, it arrived well packaged and every thing was in order but it arrived when I wasn't home and my wife was lol, not amazons fault but mine, either way she loves it, it looks very nice and has a good poem to go with it, the only thing I didn't like is the "made in china sticker on the bottom" which to me kind of takes away the appeal but either way the wife is happy

Item has a crack in it, and looks like someone tried to go over it with glue.
It is not worth the trouble of repacking it and shipping back.
